What we do
Wythall International Limited is a private investment holding company, incorporated on Cyprus.
The Company operates in two main business areas:
- Investing in corrugated packaging production in Russia
- Investing in real estate development projects in Cyprus
Production of various types of packaging in Russia is the main investment area of the holding company.
Wythall also invests into and implements real estate projects on Cyprus. Currently, the company is investing into construction of Nerida Residences complex, a development of several contemporary designed villas.

Director
Top manager with over 20 years experience leading the financial functions of the GOTEK Group.
Responsible for the financial supervision of 10 GOTEK Group companies, including 6 production units, management and service companies.
Recognized for the ability to negotiate with banks, investments funds and investors.
Before joining Wythall Andrey worked as a Head of Corporate Finance, Head of Treasury and Deputy Business Development Director at the GOTEK Group.
Graduated from Moscow State Mining University (Russia) and Niedersachsen Management Academy (Germany).
Lives in Paphos, Cyprus.
Director
Qualified and talented specialist with an extensive knowledge of project management processes and procedures in the implementation of company’s long-term strategy, preparation and implementation of the investment projects of the company, support of M&A deals and construction of new large-scale production facilities, etc.
Before joining Wythall Oleg worked as Member of the Board of Directors of several companies of the GOTEK Group.
Graduated from Kamyshinskoe Higher Military-Engineering Command School and Kursk State Technical University, Russia.
Lives in Paphos, Cyprus.
Business Development Manager
Elizaveta is accomplished group business development and marketing executive. Areas of expertise: shareholders relations, investors communications, corporate presentations and strategic partnerships.
Before joining Wythall Elizaveta used to work as Business Systems Development Director at JSC "Managing company of the GOTEK Group“.
Graduated from St. Clares College, Oxford, UK, King's College London, University of London (BSc Business Management) and Westminster Business School (MA Human Resource Management).
