Wythall International Limited carries out investment activities in two main business areas:
Production of various types of packaging in Russia is the main business area of the holding company. This is done by the GOTEK Group. Wythall is the majority shareholder of GOTEK.
GOTEK Group is one of the leaders in the packaging industry of the Russian Federation. Wythall International Ltd manages the business assets of the GOTEK Group, implements strategic financial planning of the Group’s activities, structures debt obligations, and builds a strategy for relations with investors and creditors, as well as with foreign partners.
Wythall International Ltd implements real estate projects on Cyprus via PDOM Developments Ltd. This company was established by Wythall and A. G & G Luxury Homes Ltd, a large-scale Cyprus real estate development company.
Currently Wythall and A. G & G Luxury Homes Ltd implement real estate project on Cyprus – Nerida Residences complex, an elegant development, consists of several contemporary designed villas. It is located 150m from the sea front and 250m to a sandy beach in Chloraka, Paphos.

In 2018 Wythall International Ltd and A. G & G Luxury Homes Ltd established PDOM Developments Ltd., a joint-stock company, to implement real estate development project Nerida Residences in outskirts of Paphos.
Nerida Residences is an elegant development, consist of several contemporary designed villas, created in a single modern architectural style, just 150m from the sea front in Chloraka, Paphos town, and just 5 minutes drive from Paphos city centre and port.
